Charles Daly & Associates have excelled at residential interior design for over thirty years. We produce design concepts and furnishings for executive offices, restaurants and yachts. There is no minimum budget requirements to retain our services except that your budget allowance for the contemplated project should be realistic to your expectations. Although retainers and on-going fees are determined by the scope of the project, our normal fee structure is as follows:
Within the Greater Toronto Area:
Hourly rate with retainer.
This method provides several consultations -the first is usually in your home or office and subsequent visits will be wherever is appropriate -either a return visit to your home/office or perhaps another venue depending on the project requirements.
This service includes assessing your project needs, taking working photographs and measurements and then doing the appropriate research to achieve a creative concept. The second visit includes a presentation of our design concept for your project including drawn floor plans if necessary. Occasionally the second or third appointment may be at another site (a manufacturer, for example) if appropriate. After the above work is completed and the concept is accepted by you, on-going per hour rate is charged for consulting and/or shopping. If a project budget is unusually large we will negotiate a cost plus markup basis for purchases.
International, including U.S, Asia and Caribbean sites:
Per Diem rate plus expenses.
